Man, this is so far outside my jurisdiction.  I do not have to explain the intricacies of the radio business to a woman who wants to know why we will not play the single that she flew to Nashville to cut as a tribute to her sister who died from brain cancer and as an inspiration to a second sister who is having surgery on an identical tumor on the 8th.  She just wants her sister to hear the song on the radio before she dies.  Yikes.  But I think it's the music directors job to explain this, not mine.  I'm just the receptionist people!  I dont crush people's dreams.  I just answer the phone.

I feel more human today.  Now poor Cissy has whatever I had, lending creedence to my own illness.  I always feel so rotten like I'm doing something bad, when I take a sick day.  I stayed till 12:30 for pitys sake even though I was miserable.  Isn't that enough?

Oh man, that new Rascal Flatts song Sarabeth is playing.  Man that is a tearjerker.  Runt made me listen to it when we first added it and we both bawled like babies.  Oh and Kelly finally added Shooter Jennings, now that it's about six months old.  Way to stay on top of the trends!  No that's mean, we have to play Top 40, that's our contract.  It's not her fault.

Yum, here comes my little chocolate UPS driver Jamie.  He's so adorable!  I have to go and blush and stammer now...
